I am currently working as Amazon SEO for a german brand who is expanding on different countries in Europe, and I am responsible for keyword analysis on the spanish marketplace since december of 2021. I have just started also taking over PPC analysis for Exact Campaign and Broad Campaign. I am also working as AI Conversation Designer for chatbots and Authoring for HP. Working with PVA (Power Virtual Agents) which is a tool to build up VA's or chatbots from the scratch, using simple markdown language. I would like to share some of my past experiences. I do consider to have a strong passion in tourism and hospitality and customer service approach type of jobs. In 2019, i worked as “Tour Expert” for a major flagship cruise line, COSTA CRUISES SPA, all around Europe. I worked for eight months straight in a highly international environment, surrounded with different nationalities and cultures. It was that kind of job that fits into it many different skills like communication, public relations, translation, sales, product presentation, analytical skills, customer service and claims. My most long lasting professional experience was from 2013 until 2018,as a “Customer Service Operator and Travel Consultant” for the Italian airline ALITALIA. It was that kind of job that requires very strong skills on analyzing a wide variety of information from guidelines and company procedures to international aviation regulations and laws established from international organizations like “IATA” and also from the EU. Throughout my professional experiences, I have built very strong communication skills and gained valuable knowledge that I can put into work. I possess an outgoing personality and I am very detail oriented.
