I am a Title Analyst for a Mineral company where I analyze and verify ownership interest as well as summarize successors and heirs of deceased property owners. I utilize county public records to obtain appraisals, taxes and documents such as deed, affidavit of heirship, probate and etc. Prior to being a Title Analyst, I was a Mortgage loan processor and Fraud Prevention and dispute specialist. I believe my 5 years working in JP Morgan Chase bank as a Mortgage Loan Processor (Origination to closing) will enable me to work efficiently and effectively: - I am familiar with mortgage documents and I am processing some of them (HOI, Payoff, VOE , VOI, TILA, LA, CD and etc.) - Skip tracing for an updated phone number and to verify business and employment status - Call Insurance, Mortgage and Title company to obtain needed document/s - Provide customer service via call or email to assist borrower and different servicer such as Seterus, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ocwen and different banks and financial institutions as well as different mortgage services - MS Excel/Google sheets, MS Word and PowerPoint - Efficient in Adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator
