I build AI automation systems in Claude Code, Claude, and GPT that run both client delivery and client operations for coaching firms, consultancies, and agencies, so a small team can serve 100 clients without letting one go quiet. Recent work: For a top US restaurant coaching practice, I designed and ran the AI systems behind two things at once. Delivery: brand strategy documents, revenue optimization reports, website copy, email campaigns, and social content, produced at the quality and volume of a mid-sized team.
