Petrolene L.

I’m a certified Core Transformation® practitioner working with individuals who want deep, lasting inner change rather than surface-level fixes. My work is grounded in the original Core Transformation® method developed by Connirae Andreas and taught through Andreas NLP. Core Transformation is a powerful approach for resolving unwanted emotional and behavioral patterns. Rather than pushing goals or managing behavior, the work supports inner alignment and integration at a foundational level, often influencing long-standing patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This is not long-term therapy. My clients experience meaningful internal shifts within a small number of sessions (often 2–3), making it well-suited for people who want focused, effective work rather than ongoing treatment. I’ve seen this work be especially effective in trauma support, habit change, weight loss journeys, and in supporting people living with stress-related or health metabolic challenges. My clients range from elite performers to entrepreneurs and everyday people seeking deep, sustainable change. Through my work with the Core Transformation process, I’ve supported clients who have gone on to win Olympic medals, write their first book, and experience meaningful healing from childhood trauma. I’ve also worked with individuals on weight loss journeys, habit and behavior change, and with business owners who shifted long-standing money patterns, resulting in greater confidence, clearer decision-making, and, in some cases, doubled revenue. My coaching sessions are all online and you will have an opportunity to experience a CT session before you have to make a decision.
