Hung Kiet N.

I help companies like Google, Meta, Canon, Roblox, SurveyMonkey, Rubrik, and Couchbase design, implement, and optimize Atlassian, ITSM, DevOps, and AI solutions that improve team productivity, service delivery, and operational clarity. With 15+ years of experience and 19,000+ hours on Upwork, I’ve supported 100+ clients ranging from startups to enterprise teams. My core focus is helping Agile, IT, DevSecOps, and business teams get measurable value from the tools they already use. That includes Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Slack, AWS, Docker, and modern AI workflows. I’m an Atlassian Certified Expert, ITIL 4 Master, and AWS Certified professional with deep experience across solution design, administration, automation, cloud architecture, and change management. I can help you with Jira and Confluence setup, ITSM and ESM workflow design, DevSecOps automation, cloud and infrastructure improvements, and AI-powered agent or workflow development. I bring both technical depth and consulting perspective, so my solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with your business goals. If you need a trusted senior specialist who can work independently and deliver at enterprise level, let’s talk about your project.
