Smart Building Automation Specialist | KNX • DALI • Home Assistant I’m a Smart Building Automation Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience delivering reliable and scalable automation solutions across residential and commercial projects in Egypt. I specialize in KNX-based systems, with solid experience in design, programming, and troubleshooting—ensuring smooth integration between lighting, shading, HVAC, and smart control platforms. My expertise includes: KNX system design, ETS programming, and device integration (actuators, sensors, push buttons, dimming systems) DALI lighting control systems (addressing, grouping, scene configuration) Home Assistant setup, automation logic, and remote access configuration Basic preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and schematic diagrams to support clear system planning and execution Integration of third-party systems (HVAC, gateways, IP-based control like Intesis) Troubleshooting system issues such as communication faults, device conflicts, and behavior after power loss I’ve worked on multiple real-world projects in Egypt, including a large-scale residential project (WBR1) with 120+ apartments, successfully delivered in less than 60 days. This fast-paced environment strengthened my ability to handle complex KNX systems, meet tight deadlines, and solve on-site challenges efficiently. I focus on providing solutions that are not just functional, but also well-structured for long-term performance. Whether you need support with a new installation, ETS programming, or fixing an existing system, I can help you get it done efficiently.
