I've spent 13 years on the phone, in CRMs, and in the middle of sales processes that couldn't afford mistakes. That started in 2011 doing outbound calls for an Australian debt recovery process - high volume, high pressure, no script safety net. It continued through IT consulting, international project coordination, executive support for a Miami-based real estate CEO, SaaS sales, real estate, and most recently two-plus years as a lead engagement specialist for a roofing company in Medford, MA, working US hours from India, every day. At FRS Roofing, my job was simple on paper: call leads, qualify them, book estimates, follow up. What I actually did was notice that a large chunk of leads were going cold after two or three contact attempts and just sitting there. So I built an automated re-engagement sequence - 30, 45, 60 days out, without being asked. That's the kind of thing I tend to do. I'm comfortable owning a pipeline end to end. I know how to respond fast, log everything, keep the CRM clean, and make sure nothing sits idle. I've worked in Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, and KVCore. I've run outbound sequences in Instantly, sourced contacts through Apollo, managed calendars through Calendly, and supported C-level executives across time zones. What I'm looking for is a role where the work actually matters and performance is visible. I'm not interested in coasting. If you need someone who picks up the phone without being reminded, keeps things moving without being micromanaged, and genuinely cares about the outcome, that's the kind of person I am.
