That experience sharpened my attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and client relationship management, strengths I've since carried into roles as a Mortgage Broker Virtual Assistant and Lending VA. I also have hands on experience as a Social Media and Content Evaluator/Annotator, analyzing, labeling, and categorizing digital content, including sentiment labeling, for data operations teams, work that reflects the same precision and consistency I bring to administrative tasks. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting and am proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, CRM software(s) and AI tools.
