I have over 15 years of experience providing exceptional customer service, incuding but not limited in legal, medical, retail, and insurance areas. In my time doing so, I have learned how to identify and resolve problems in a professional and efficient manner. My computer skills include but are not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, managing social media accounts, and many other things. I can effectively multi-task to meet short deadlines while still maintaining performance standards. I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English which I can read, write and speak. In my career I have been employed with a criminal and traffic law firm providing legal interpretation, administrative assistance, maintaining personal records as well as managing schedules and calendars, filing motions, call backs, and taking payments. In the last few years I have started taking on remote jobs as well as I am based in North Carolina. I am also a Public Notary in the state of North Carolina. I have experience as a team lead and love getting the jobs done. I am able to work in a team, lead a group, or work alone. Self motivation and punctuality are some of my strong points.
