I'm John Vincent, an IT support and systems engineer with over 10 years in the field. Most of my current work is Microsoft 365 administration for an Australian group of four companies, where I'm the only IT person, so I cover everything from identity and devices through to migrations and documentation. What I work with: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, mail flow Entra ID (Azure AD): security groups, dynamic membership, Conditional Access, SAML SSO Intune and Apple Business Manager, Windows and iOS SharePoint and Teams administration PowerShell and Power Automate DNS, domains, Active Directory, Windows I audit before changing anything, test on my own account first, and leave documentation behind so the next person isn't guessing.
