Provides internal support to operations management in the tracking, maintenance, statistical analysis and automation of custom reports. 4. Manipulates and reports all data types; including ACD, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Time-Keeping, HRIS, CRM, and Workforce Management. 5. Identifies potentially recurring reports and works with the Data Analytics department to consult on creation of recurring reports. 6.
