Quinn G.
Podcast Producer & Video Editor | YouTube, Audio & Content Strategy
Your podcast shouldn’t turn into five more jobs after you hit record. I help teams, creators, and subject-matter experts turn raw recordings into finished podcasts and marketing content. I handle the editing, audio, video, packaging, and publishing so the show actually gets out consistently and you get your time back. I’m a podcast producer and audio engineer with 8+ years of experience and 400+ episodes produced or delivered across my career. My work includes long-running shows for law firms, HR organizations, independent creators, and professional-services teams. I’ve launched over 15 shows, worked on 160+ episodes of The Bad Roman, 50+ episodes of the intellectual-property podcast IP Goes Pop!, ongoing production for Philadelphia SHRM’s HR Fresh Take (going into season 5 in Fall 2026), restored 1980s FBI tapes recorded in a boot, and worked on over 400+ pieces of content across sports, creator, entertainment, and talent-led podcast projects. I can handle the full production workflow, including: -- podcast editing, dialogue cleanup, repair, mixing & mastering -- remote recording support and Riverside production -- video podcast and multicam editing -- intros, outros, music and branded graphic elements -- show notes, timestamps, titles and descriptions -- YouTube versions, thumbnails, and podcast publishing -- podcast launches, templates, workflows and SOPs I’m especially useful when the show involves experts, executives, attorneys, speakers, or other professionals who need to sound clear and credible without sounding over-edited. And if the problem isn’t just the edit, I can help fix the system around it. I’ve spent years building repeatable production workflows so clients don’t have to reinvent the process every episode. I’m also active in the podcast industry itself. I’m a member of the Podcast Professionals Association and have spoken five times across Podcast Movement and Podfest on topics ranging from podcast editing to the ethical use of AI in podcast production. I stay plugged into the people, tools, and ideas shaping the medium, not just the software used to edit it. If you have an existing show, send me an episode and tell me where production is getting hung up. I can usually tell pretty quickly how I’d structure a sustainable workflow.
