Online Business Manager/Shopify

I can manage Shopify stores, including importing and uploading product, editing and copy writing descriptions, handling customer refunds, replacements and complaints, collect feedback and reviews and responding to emails, as well as apps that are commonly used in it including Dropified, Oberlo, Loox Reviews, Pillow Profits, Viralstyle and CustomCat. I also manage various social media accounts, specializing in Facebook and Instagram, and currently learning Pinterest. I am experienced in handling email support and customer relations. Currently, I am honing my skills in Photoshop, Logo Making and Graphic Arts as well as HTML and CSS. I am eager to learn new tasks my employer may set on me, a quick learner and a multitasker.
