Technical Support Representative

I’m a highly motivated and hardworking individual, who has more than seven years of experience as Technical Support. That includes my experience as HP Desktop Support, Broadband Help desk Specialist and IT Help desk Analyst. I developed my technical skills when I started working as HP Desktop Support, we troubleshoot both software and hardware issues arising from computer everyday use. As Broadband Help desk Specialist, we’re in-charge troubleshooting internet connection issues, modem and router setup and configuring email accounts on known email clients. Lastly, as part of IT Service Desk, we provide technical assistance on various applications used by clients and BPO’s.
