Starting off as a maid-for-all-work and as one of the first employees at the HolidayPirates Group in 2013 I was quickly assigned with building up the Human Resources department from scratch. I subsequently led the department of three, and was responsible to set up a well functioning HR department in all aspects, such as Recruiting and Retention management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Labour Relations, Risk & Change Management, etc. During my four years I helped to scale the company from 30 to 200 employees, set up and implemented HR policies and procedures, important standards and concepts for recruiting and retention management, employer branding, payroll/administration, Performance Management, Feedback and Change Management as well as employee and executive development and support services, as well as building up our several locations abroad (Belgrade, London, Seville, etc.).
