Most recently, I supported operations and client experience for a boutique consulting firm, where I rebuilt their inbox and workflow systems, restructured client-facing processes into repeatable templates (agreements, onboarding sequences, SOPs), and managed Dubsado and Airtable implementation from the ground up. Before that, I was executive assistant to the CEO of Novien, an engineering firm, managing his full schedule, communications, travel, and day-to-day operations as his primary point of contact — earning a strong performance review and bonus during my tenure.
