I am a UX Product Designer & Researcher, with experience working in Digital Design since 2008. Organisations I have worked for include The BBC, The Guardian, The NHS, GOV.UK (DHSC), ustwo, Aviva, Dext Software, ATG, Superunion, Spotless, Findmypast, Which? and Big Sofa. In all of my roles I strive for an authentic understanding of user motivations and behaviours. I bring user centered experiences to life using research, complex information architecture, storytelling and empathy. I am an end to end UX designer and researcher. The steps to my process include: 1. Gathering insight from User Research to gain an authentic understanding of user motivation & behaviour 2. Running workshops with teams & stakeholders, utilising their power to design a way forward 3. Solving problems, generating ideas and building products & design strategies. 4.
