I've also done other several types of tasks such as call monitoring, auditing live chats & emails through Amazon Seller Central for Domu Brands campaign. As a Trainer and Quality person I also handled inSurge, a campaign who offers digital marketing i.e. Data Processing(sending invitation messages, marketing messages and follow up messages), Data Harvesting, Lead Tracking/Lead Generation through web research including Linkedin, monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM. Data Entry that uses Google Docs and Spreadsheets, appointment setting/scheduling and other administrative tasks.
