I am a medical doctor, currently awaiting my PhD defence, with substantial experience in statistics and bioinformatics. I worked with clinical data (patient history, labs, imaging like ultrasound, CT, MRI), and omics data (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, radiomics). I use R Studio to do all statistical tests needed and also perform RNASeq analysis, including differential gene expression analysis, PPI, GSEA (usually comparing to KEGG database), network analysis, deconvolution of cell markers from bulkRNA data, etc. I dabble in Machine Learning, but that is a publication waiting to happen so if needed, I can help there, but not my expertise (yet :D). I can also create publication-ready graphs for you. As my employer, you are my top priority.
