Experience as a Developer, Administrator, Application Manager & Project Lead for Quickbase & Gainsight/Planhat Applications. I have over 9 years of experience in Quickbase, Gainsight, and Planhat applications development while working for projects at Government of D.C. & Riverbed Technologies. I started using Quickbase when the Professor for my Project Management course at North Carolina State University gave the students an assignment to develop a solution to streamline a key project management issue in fintech companies. Following my graduation, I started working at Office of State Superintendent of Education at Washington, D.C as an applications developer to develop Quickbase applications to manage different projects, student data, reporting in the state agency. For the last 6 years, I have worked remotely for Mews Systems & Riverbed Technologies to create & support multiple Quickbase applications: Project Management & Delivery App: Riverbed Project Management: Professional Services Application (PSA), Sales Management: Riverbed Services Sales Management (SSM) Portal, Expense App: Riverbed Professional Services Expense Forecasting, Advanced Business Solutions (ABS) Insights, Customer Success, Annual Operations Plan (AOP), Content Tracker, Contract Manager, Document Builder. I have also served as the administrator and CS Ops lead for the Gainsight application (migrated to Planhat in 2023) at Riverbed, supporting close to 600 enterprise users across APAC, UK, and North America. Led the end-to-end migration and optimization of the Customer Success platform, architecting data models, automations, and workflows to support complex account hierarchies in a land-and-expand SaaS environment. Key Planhat Contributions (2023 onwards): - Managed seamless migration from Gainsight to Planhat, including data mapping, transformation, and validation from Salesforce, Amazon S3, and other sources. - Designed and implemented a comprehensive Customer 360 view consolidating Sales Pipeline, Closed Opportunities, Projects, Customer Contacts, Technical Support Cases, Contracts, Assets, NPS, CSAT, and Sponsor Tracking. - Built dynamic health scoring, automated playbooks, and Cockpit workflows that trigger CTAs based on real-time changes in engagement factors. - Created customizable Success Plans for CSMs, Sales Managers, and Project Managers with goal/milestone tracking. - Developed Rules Engine automations and Journey Orchestrator campaigns for email programs, NPS/CSAT surveys, and targeted customer communications. - Created tailored dashboards and reporting for various user groups (Customer Success Managers, Sales, Project Managers, and Executives). - Handled advanced platform operations: user/object-level permissions, audit logs, S3 bucket management for metadata, and data operations (copy, transform, delete) for automated refreshes. - Optimized the platform for multi-region CS teams, improving operational efficiency, visibility, and revenue impact through proactive automation and actionable insights.
