With a strong IT background and extensive hands-on experience, I can support both the administrative and systems side of your business. My experience includes executive and administrative support, travel arrangements, email and document management, data entry, reporting, reconciliations, invoice administration, research, scheduling and general business administration. I am also accustomed to handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Microsoft Excel is one of my strongest areas of expertise. I work confidently with spreadsheets, formulas, data management, reports, reconciliations, tracking sheets and business information, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. I also have extensive hands-on experience with Shopify, including creating and uploading products, editing product information, managing collections, working with CSV files, bulk product uploads and manual product updates. My WordPress experience includes website content management and administrative updates. My IT background allows me to understand new systems quickly, troubleshoot issues, work confidently across different platforms and adapt to different business processes. I also hold a degree in Counselling, which I will officially receive in November 2026. My studies have strengthened my communication, active listening, problem-solving, interpersonal and conflict-management skills, as well as my understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
