Fundraising Strategist | Investor Storytelling | Pitch Decks
I help founders turn complex businesses into clear, credible investment cases. My work sits at the intersection of fundraising strategy, investor storytelling and pitch decks. For 19 years, I’ve worked on fundraising, positioning, investor communication and strategic presentations across nonprofits, startups and growing companies. Founders usually come to me when: • the business makes sense to them, but not yet to an investor • the deck contains information, but the investment case is still unclear • the ask is disconnected from milestones, runway or proof • investor questions keep exposing the same weak point • the story sounds like every other startup in the category • the presentation looks polished but does not help someone make a decision I start with the argument, not the slides. That can include: • fundraising and investor-readiness strategy • positioning and investment-case development • round story and pitch architecture • ask, milestone and use-of-funds logic • investor Q&A preparation • pitch deck restructuring and writing • senior-level presentation design I also review existing decks and tell founders what I believe an investor will struggle to understand, believe or remember. Depending on what already exists, I may recommend a focused strategy session, a deck rescue, or a full rebuild. My role is to help you make the business easier to understand, easier to evaluate and easier to present with confidence. If you already have a deck, send it together with your target raise, investor type and deadline. I can usually tell quickly where the real problem sits.
