My previous role was assistant manager and the Head of the Marketing Maintenance Team. My duties include ensuring the Team runs smoothly, all deliverables are ready, and every team member is satisfied working for the company. Our Team has multiple tasks and responsibilities that involve accounts and ensuring they are working and income-generating. The specifics are data entry, cloning, editing, and campaign creation. Data entry involves checking Google accounts that have Google Ads with campaigns; and recording clicks, impressions, and costs. This process is then followed by cloning, editing, and campaign creation. Our department used to be a one-man team consisting of just myself; spearheading it, I laid out most of its workflows and processes; trained all my department members; provided them coaching, and evaluated their work performances. Today, aside from overseeing the team, I also speak with our vendors to purchase our products and ensure that all subscriptions have credits. Tapping on my past experiences, I am proficient in handling customers and clients since I worked for outsourcing companies in the Financial and Healthcare sectors. Further down the line, I've also worked as an email support specialist, and as an online ESA; I taught English as a second language to children and adults.
