I have 26 years of electrical engineering experience with mixed signal design and PCB layout, as well as medical device experience from concept to 510(k) approval and manufacturing transfer.. Most recently, I was technical lead for a medical device, involved in all aspects of the project including concept, prototype, EMC, Design Controls using Greenlight Guru, Risk, compliance testing, regulatory submission and support (findings/AINN/preSub/Qsub/etc...). 510(k) approval was successfully achieved. Some of the other projects I've been involved with include true wireless Bluetooth headset with cap-touch controls and NFMI ear-ear link, AV player for digital signage with remote updating via wifi or cellular modem, Pilot training dome with visual and audible feedback for the US navy, medical monitors and respirators, and touch controlled interactive display systems among many others. Ultra low power, Bluetooth, and miniaturization and medical device design and development are areas of current focus. Experience with wearable tech, Audio/Video, RF, Medical, battery charging/Qi wireless charging, Cap-touch, 3D PCB layout, 3D modeling and printing. Experience with Altium and Autodesk Inventor, as well as many other applications.
