Joy M.

I specialize in designing and implementing scalable automation systems that help businesses save time, reduce operational errors, and make data-driven decisions with confidence. My core expertise lies in building advanced workflows and integrations across Podio, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Zapier, where I connect CRMs, marketing tools, and operational systems into cohesive, reliable ecosystems. I have extensive experience customizing CRMs and pipelines, automating lead management, tracking marketing and operational KPIs, and creating recurring and event-driven automations that eliminate manual work. My background includes deep hands-on work with CRM platforms such as Podio, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and GoHighLevel, ensuring systems are tailored to real business processes rather than generic setups. Beyond CRM and automation, I bring strong capabilities in Shopify (front-end and back-end), customer support platforms including Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, and Tidio, and project management tools such as ClickUp and Trello. On the data side, I offer advanced expertise in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex formulas, queries, macros, VBA, and large-scale data management to support reporting, forecasting, and operational intelligence. My focus is on transforming fragmented, manual workflows into structured, automated systems that improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability. I work best with teams that want their tools to work together seamlessly and support growth without adding complexity.
