I have seven years of experience as a virtual assistant and a two years as Starbucks barista as well, both deal with customer service but also in food and beverage as a barista. I will do everything I can to assist customers with their needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. With my experience as a Customer Service/Sales personnel I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as attentiveness, positive attitude, empathy, calmness, and reliable.
