Google & Meta Ads | Ecommerce, Lead Gen & PPC Management

If you're getting clicks but not enough leads, or your cost per lead keeps climbing, the first thing I do is figure out why before touching your budget. I run Google Ads and Meta Ads for ecommerce brands and service businesses, and most clients come to me after someone set things up but didn't stick around to make it pay. I currently manage over $900k per quarter across Google and Meta, ecommerce and DTC brands at $5K to $50K+/month, and service businesses too. I work with accounts at $3K/month in spend and up, where there's enough budget and data to move the numbers. I treat every dollar like it's mine and optimize for leads and revenue you can bank. Conversion tracking comes first. When GA4 and the ad platforms disagree, you stop trusting your own numbers, so the plumbing gets fixed before anything else: GTM, GA4, server-side, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, and call tracking when the phone is the conversion. After that, every spend decision rests on data that actually lines up. Junk leads trace back to lead quality. My lead generation work starts in the search terms report, where negative keywords and tighter targeting cut the traffic you're paying for by mistake and bring your cost per lead down. When it's time to scale, I do it with fast single-variable tests: kill the losers, push the winners, and judge every move on CAC and ROAS. Performance Max gets the same scrutiny as everything else, through search term visibility, asset group control, and brand exclusions. Most accounts treat Google and Meta as two separate channels. One strategy, one report, and attribution that ties spend back to true blended CAC pulls them into a single system. On the creative side, I build direct-response variations and test them against your current best performer, so budget follows what converts. What happens after the click decides whether you get a customer. Landing pages, retargeting, and CRM automation in GoHighLevel keep the funnel from leaking, so every lead gets followed up before it goes cold. Inherited a messy account? You get an audit and prioritized findings first, then a restructure, with the plan on the table before I touch the build. What usually turns up: campaigns bidding against each other, and a Performance Max campaign nobody has reviewed since launch. For roofing, garage doors, HVAC and other home services, the conversion is a phone call and a booked job, not a form fill. Call tracking and tight geo-targeting come first, then the account gets measured on cost per booked job. For ecommerce and DTC brands I also run CRO on the 80/20, checkout and AOV. Results: - 97% reduction in cost per lead for a home improvement contractor - 13.24x ROAS and $619k in sales for a furniture DTC brand (Meta Ads) - 7.66x ROAS and €268k in sales from zero in 90 days (gym equipment, Google Ads) - ROAS from 249% to 466% in 3 months for a global beauty brand - 77% more qualified leads and 32% lower CPA for a B2B SaaS company What I Work With: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta/Facebook Ads, Bing Ads. GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking (Stape). Google Merchant Center, Shopify. GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, n8n. Day to day: keyword research, negative keywords, bid strategy, ad copy testing, A/B testing, retargeting, landing page optimization, and reporting. "Since working with Kamil, average monthly sales increased from $4,000 to $25,600" - Peter S, Loft Design Not a fit if you want someone who reports clicks and impressions, needs weeks before acting, or can't define a numeric kill rule. I'm measured on output. If your ads aren't performing, or you can't tell because you don't trust the numbers, message me and I'll tell you the first thing I check. Kamil
