I am a trustworthy and hardworking individual who has over Five (5) years experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. I've been a Customer Service Representative in one of the largest Telephone Company (TELCO) in the United States for Billing and Sales. I also worked as a Technical Support Associate in the same TELCO that provides solution to technical concerns of customers. I decided to work from home in 2017 with expertise and experience in Online Teaching, Real Estate Sales Associate, Virtual Assistant (General Office Assistant) for a power supply company based in New Zealand.
