My undergraduate degree is a BBA with a concentration in Finance. I started my career in Accounting and Finance and segued into financial systems and subsequently software systems in general. Throughout that evolution I taught myself to program, and am now fluent in a number of programming languages and technologies with an emphasis on Microsoft technologies. I know Accounting, and can sling debits and credits. I know Finance, and can discount cash flows or analyze arbitrage opportunities or Bollinger bands. I know systems architecture, programming and database design, and can develop front-end/back-end systems and advanced SQL functions and procedures. I have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. I analyze business processes and workflows and find ways to streamline operations. I understand operations and the real environment within which businesses operate.
