Angelika K.

Hi my Dear Employer, My name is Angelika and my 3 biggest passions are Languages, People and Hospitality. - Languages! I’m fluent in English, French, Italian and Polish. I'm a native speaker in Ukrainian and Russian. Speaking about formal diploma, I have a master’s degree in French and English translation. - People! I’ve been working for more than 15 years in Human Resources for multinational companies developing myself from an assistant to an HR director for 17 countries of Eastern Europe. Love observing people in their career progress and helping them to grow. I’m great at recruitment, onboarding, motivation, coaching, inspiring leaders and teams through different time zones and cultures. - Hospitality! I’m a successful owner of several properties which I rent out for long and short-term. I also administrate 10 objects as a co-host via Airbnb in France, Spain, Poland and Ukraine. I travel a lot and this allows me to understand my clients better, feel their needs and preferences. My knowledge of many languages and experience in HR helps me in finding the right path to the hearts of the most demanding clients and easily solving any critical issue. My numerous years of managerial work enable me to organize all processes in a systematic way and to keep all cleaners/plumbers/accountants highly engaged and motivated. Privately, I’m a happy mom of 2 wonderful girls in Warsaw (Poland) and looking for new remote challenges where I will be able to apply the maximum of my talents and knowledge to make your projects successful.
