Cajisha G.

I help organizations build learning experiences that stick. I do a range of tasks: writing curriculum and course content, configuring the LMS that delivers it, and creating job aids and reference materials learners keep coming back to long after the course ends. My background: I spent years as a certified 6-12 ELA teacher before moving into product management at an edtech SaaS company, where I've built and scaled curriculum tools used by schools nationwide. That combination means I understand learning from every angle and how instructional content needs to be written and sequenced, and how the systems that deliver it need to be configured for real learners, whether they're students or adult employees. I specialize in: - Curriculum & Content Development: I write and structure lessons, courses, and training content for both K-12 and adult learners, bringing a teacher's instinct for sequencing and a product person's instinct for what actually gets used, not just completed. - Instructional Design: A teacher's instinct for clarity and sequencing in every resource I build, whether that's an e-learning module, a process guide, or a quick-reference job aid. - LMS Implementation: Experience working in Absorb and Articulate Storyline, comfortable with the full implementation workflow for a new course or training program. I work with K-12 and education publishers, healthcare compliance training teams, SaaS companies building customer onboarding programs, and L&D leads who need a reliable partner.
