Find below a snapshot of the projects that I have delivered: 🎯US AI POWERED CRM: Designed and built from scratch, the solution combines scalable architecture with an AI-assisted development lifecycle, from automated UX prototyping to AI-supported frontend and backend coding. Integrated AI testing and security validation accelerated delivery while ensuring robustness. The platform improved operational efficiency, reduced time-to-market, and established a foundation for future AI-driven use cases. 🎯 CANCER RESEARCH: faced with the challenge of analyzing thousands of patient records across various institutions, our team developed an AI solution to standardize diverse treatment naming conventions. This innovation enabled the effective comparison of treatment outcomes, enhancing research data analytics. 🎯 RETAIL CHAIN OPTIMIZATION: To overcome an outdated, underutilized reporting system in 500+ stores, we developed a custom GPT tool. This innovation transformed supervisor reporting into natural language, boosting usage and providing valuable operational insights. The solution includes a supervisor-specific GPT with integrated APIs for streamlined data handling and visit summaries. 🎯 SPANISH TEXTILE COMPANY facing a 20% error rate in customer service recommendations, we developed a bot to enhance their B2B client engagement. By integrating their extensive product catalog into OpenAI, we designed an interactive chatbot for real-time client inquiries. This led to a reduction in errors to 5% and enabled round-the-clock customer support, greatly improving service efficiency and accuracy. 🎯 GERMAN CAR MANUFACTURER with millions invested across various social networks, needed to better track and compare the return on investment and campaign efficacy across diverse platforms, time periods, and countries. Our solution enabled the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of the impact of social networks. Our solution connected to multiple data sources such as Facebook, Instagram, GoogleAds, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc., utilizing their respective APIs, with Azure Synapse notebooks developed in Python. We orchestrated daily data ingestion and performed ETL for data cleaning and preparation, storing it in Azure Synapse Datawarehouse. Power BI visualizations were developed for thousands of users. 🎯 AUSTRALIAN IoT COMPANY, managing 20+ smart buildings across the world, needed to stream millions of measurements (power consumption, vibration, temperature, people traffic, ...) to provide meaningful live insights. Every facilities manager was given a control panel to monitor online all indicators from their respective building with predictive maintenance insights from machine learning models. We leveraged Azure Data Factory pipelines for data ingestion into Snowflake and used Power BI Embedded to create sophisticated visualizations. 🎯 US FOOD CERTIFICATION COMPANY, we streamlined data ingestion from various platforms like Apple AppStore and social media using Power BI Fabric Notebooks. Leveraging APIs, we merged marketing and customer data with production metrics, consolidated in Snowflake, and delivered insights via Power BI.
