I have been working with the BPO industry since 2009. My previous jobs include both voice and non-voice account in EXPEDIA. They are all related to customer service. I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone and email. I handled inquiries, booking reservations, airline ticketing ,changes and cancellations. Some of my expertise includes extensive knowledge in the use of reservation systems, such as SABRE, AMADEUS, WORLDSPAN. After enjoying being a travel specialist, I moved to Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a payroll company servicing clients based in the US. I was a Senior Payroll Analyst who assists clients with their payroll and U.S. Tax questions. I’m trained for the following softwares: - SAP -Oracle -ADP Run -FTS -Citrix System -Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint,note) While payroll has become my specialty, I am also very comfortable doing various administrative tasks. My previous work experience has helped me to develop excellent communication and analytical skills.
