Maria Paz S.

My name is Maria Paz, and I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) program coordinator based in Santiago, Chile, with over five years of experience designing, organizing, and executing internal initiatives that strengthen culture, leadership, and belonging in the workplace. I coordinate high-impact virtual and in-person programs and gatherings for employees across levels and backgrounds—from VP-led leadership development tracks to employee resource group events that foster connection and inclusion. I make sure initiatives don’t just exist on paper, but actually work for the humans involved. I specialize in turning vision into reality. If you can tell me what you want to achieve, I’ll take care of the how: scheduling, vendor management, run-of-shows, communications (Slack, email, hubspot, haystack,Canva), impact measurement, budget tracking, and real-time session support. My programs have consistently earned 90–100% satisfaction scores from hundreds of participants. I began my career in the hospitality industry, where I rose to Assistant Front Office Manager and learned how to create world-class experiences for guests. That background taught me to listen carefully, anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and solve problems with empathy and efficiency—skills I now bring to every internal program I run. If you’re looking for someone to coordinate a meaningful, people-centered experience for your team, I’d love to partner with you. I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about making things happen on time, on budget, and with care. Looking forward to partnering with you!
