I have accumulated four years of direct experience with Intuit QuickBooks, encompassing both the Desktop and Online versions. During this time, I have effectively served in roles involving technical support and customer service. My responsibilities included troubleshooting application errors, assisting with installations, addressing multi-user discrepancies, and handling intricacies related to Intuit Data Protect functionality. Additionally, I gained insight into various aspects of business accounting, such as cash flow management, bank reconciliation, online banking integration, chart of accounts management, and report generation. My career progression within the company led me to the role of Level 2 Support for QuickBooks Desktop, where I managed more complex technical and accounting challenges beyond Level 1 Support.
