Chaoran Z.

Need to source products from China, develop suppliers, build a supply chain, or manage cross-border trade? I help overseas companies navigate the China and Southeast Asia supply chain — from sourcing and product development to logistics, warehousing, customs, trade compliance and supplier development. I bring 15 years of leadership experience in the global logistics industry, including senior roles with DB Schenker and GEODIS. I have also spent 8 years working with clients in Europe, the US and Australia, managing the supply chains behind their e-commerce businesses. Based in the heart of China’s manufacturing ecosystem, I can help you with: • China & Southeast Asia sourcing and procurement • Supplier identification, evaluation and development • Product sourcing, product solutions and sample development • Procurement and supplier management • Supply chain and logistics solutions • Warehousing and fulfillment solutions • Import/export and customs processes • Trade compliance and cross-border trade operations • Trade-related legal and financial solutions • Supplier and supply-chain business development • Trade and supply-chain talent recruitment My strength is connecting the different parts of a cross-border supply chain. I understand how overseas businesses evaluate suppliers, manage costs and risks, and turn a sourcing opportunity into a workable supply-chain and trade operation. If you are looking for someone who understands both the China/Asia supply side and the requirements of overseas businesses, I can help you investigate, design and execute the right solution.
