Nelvir J.

I help businesses automate workflows, build data systems, and transform raw information into clear, actionable insights using Google Sheets, APIs, dashboards, and AI-powered solutions. I specialize in building data automation systems and dashboard solutions that are reliable, scalable, and easy to use. Whether you need automated reporting, connected business workflows, API integrations, executive dashboards, or intelligent spreadsheet systems, I design solutions that save time, reduce manual work, and improve decision-making. My core expertise combines Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, API integrations, and automation engineering. I build advanced spreadsheet systems using modern Google Sheets functions including LET, LAMBDA, MAP, BYROW, BYCOL, SCAN, REDUCE, ARRAYFORMULA, XLOOKUP, FILTER, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Named Functions, and custom logic to automate complex calculations and business processes. When spreadsheets alone are not enough, I extend capabilities using Google Apps Script, Google Sheets API, REST APIs, Google Analytics API, AI integrations, and custom HTML interfaces to create powerful end-to-end solutions. Examples of systems I build include: • Automated dashboards and KPI reporting systems • Google Sheets ↔ API integrations and external data connections • AI-powered reporting and insight generation workflows • Linked spreadsheet ecosystems and synchronized reporting systems • Self-healing formulas and protected multi-user spreadsheet environments • Automated reports, notifications, and workflow automation • Custom web apps, HTML forms, sidebars, and modal interfaces built with Apps Script • Executive dashboards and business intelligence reporting in Looker Studio I also develop mobile dashboard applications using Flutter and Firebase, turning Google Sheets and connected business data into secure, real-time mobile insights for monitoring KPIs, reports, and operational performance anywhere. With 9 years of hands-on experience, I confidently deliver: • Data automation and workflow optimization • Google Sheets engineering and advanced formula architecture • Google Apps Script development • API integrations and connected business systems • Dashboard development and executive reporting • AI-powered automation and reporting workflows • Template generators, reporting tools, and scalable spreadsheet frameworks • Automated email systems, embedded dashboards, and data visualizations • Real-time reporting solutions designed for business operations and decision-making My goal is simple: eliminate repetitive work, automate data processes, and turn complex information into intelligent, decision-ready systems. The best proof of value is what clients say. Please explore my Work History, including active projects, and browse my Portfolio to see real examples of the systems I build.
