What sets me apart is that I diagnose before I build. Most businesses don't need more tools, they need the six they already pay for to work as one system. I find the specific place revenue leaks (untracked traffic, broken handoffs between platforms, email landing in spam, follow-up that only happens if someone remembers) and fix that, instead of layering another platform on top. On AI, I build agents that carry real responsibility, lead qualification, intake, research, content drafted in a client's own voice, assistants a team can query about their own data, with human approval enforced on anything customer-facing. Built properly they replace work, built badly they create it, and the difference is entirely in how the guardrails are designed. My work spans CRM and pipeline architecture, email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, deliverability, checkout and course-platform integration, social DM automation, conversion tracking and attribution, and landing page and funnel builds. I came into automation from web development and from teaching, which is why both the engineering and the handover hold up.
