I am passionate and love what I do, in particular new projects, process & systems improvements. I focus on advisory and implementation of cloud-based CRM & ERP systems. Some of the Apps I am intimately familiar with are: Xero & Quickbooks Online, Zapier, ClickUP, Scoro, Accelo, DEAR Inventory and Vend POS. I'm great at designing processes to optimise workflows, working with data, supporting growing business in scaling and training users on best practices. I love to find ways to automate tasks and use technology to streamline processes. My journey has been a diverse one; I've lived in England, Russia, Germany, Cayman Islands and South Africa, plus travelled in Europe, Caribbean and South America. After completing professional training (audit articles) with PwC in the UK and qualified as Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), I've worked in Financial Manager and Finance Director positions across multiple industries covering Corporate and SME's, ranging from Retail to Financial and Professional Services, Engineering and Manufacturing. I now focus on Independent Consulting and Remote work and follow my passion for System Implementation & Process Optimisation projects.
