I work with business owners and executives to provide timely financial reporting, streamline operations, obtain funding, design processes, document procedures, develop org charts with responsibilities. Deliverables include business plans, strategic plans, EOS facilitation, accountability tools, financial statements, and operational metrics. Additionally, I work with tech wizards to utilize technology to further streamline processes, cut costs and expedite information to run and manage the business. My career experience has been assessing situations, creating plans for solutions, implementing the plans, managing team members and reporting on results. My mission is to help make businesses profitable and rely less on its owners so they can manage and grow the business. Most recently I worked with a company that was on the road to collapse. In 9 months, I was able to: - turn a $2M loss into a $500k gain (an growing) - streamline ops (and people) with documented processes, procedures and serious reduction of chaos - transform a siloed organization into one that communication and operated interdepartmentally - implement the EOS strategic system - identify the "runners" and leaders within the employee base - develope project and client based accounting to accurately understand the business - implement POs and Ramp to streamline AP and reduce financial leakage - set a course for the future to grow to 5x current sales - empowered the team to utilize fractional workers until a full time employee was needed. - taught the team how to hire, manage and utilize fractional workers - recommended the use of a CRM (which was implemented) to track sales opportunities to more accurately project sales I operate as a coach, the integrator or somewhere in between depending on how your organization operates and the severity of the situation.
