Ahmed A.

I'm a Technical Project Manager who can actually read the code my developers write with 5+ years running SaaS, WordPress, and mobile app projects, backed by an Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering degree and hands-on PHP/technical fluency most PMs don't have. I bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business goals, leading cross-functional teams (Developers, Designers, QA) to ship high-quality products on time across web, mobile, and SaaS platforms. How I add value to your project: - Technical Fluency: I understand system architecture, APIs, and codebases (including WordPress/PHP) well enough to sanity-check estimates, catch bad architecture decisions early, and speak "Dev" and "Business" fluently. - End-to-End Ownership: From the first wireframe in Figma to final deployment on the App Store/Play Store/production, I own the process. - Efficiency: Expert in ClickUp, Jira, and Agile/Scrum, clean backlogs, productive sprints. - Process Driven: I build automated workflows so designers, developers, and testers move in sync. - Risk Mitigation: CAPM-certified with a Business Analysis background; I spot bottlenecks before they delay your launch. - Core competencies: Project Roadmap & Scheduling, Stakeholder Management, Scrum Leadership, Technical Oversight (PHP/WordPress), Post-Launch Support. - AI-Assisted Delivery: I use Claude, chatGPT, Gemini and customized AI agents throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements drafting and sprint planning to documentation and QA checklists to keep delivery faster and more consistent. Message me to discuss your project requirements.
