Hi, I’m Martina! 😊 I’m a customer service professional with 7+ years of experience working with people in international environments. I have worked in customer support and as a shift leader, communicating with customers by email, chat, phone, and social media. I’m friendly, reliable, organized, and comfortable handling different situations with patience and a professional approach. Alongside customer service, I have a strong passion for travel and culture. I’ve travelled to around 40 countries and spent the past 4 years working on river cruises. I also studied Cultural Studies and Arts, which has given me a deeper interest in history, art, local traditions, and the character of different places. I enjoy researching destinations, discovering interesting places, and creating travel experiences with a sense of the local culture. Another important part of my life is yoga and movement. I’m a certified yoga teacher and have a strong interest in yoga philosophy, human movement, and the connection between movement and wellbeing.
