May A.

I am an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager, IT Project Manager/Scrum Master (with CSM certification) and a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Analyst too (with CTFL certification). If you are looking for someone who is highly-flexible and can help you manage not just your team(s) but handle your operations and processes as well, I may be the one that you need! I was working in a corporate setup for over 15 years when I decided to shift to freelance work last 2020. After I created my Upwork profile, I was immediately hired to work for a Digital Marketing agency with a Scrum Master role in the Tech Team. I managed a team of WordPress developers and I was liaising directly with clients as well. I was doing some requirements analysis with functional and UX testing too. When our agency had a surge of new Social Media Ads clients, I volunteered to help in handling the Ads Team as well. As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, I quickly learned the strategies and tools needed to successfully manage the campaigns and effectively lead the Ads team. Apart from these roles, I am also the go-to person of our CEO in establishing and improving existing processes ranging from client onboarding, web development and maintenance, SM Ads campaign setup, management & reporting, tracking KPIs/scorecards and managing our 3rd party service provider. I would love to be a part of your company/project and I take pride on my solid background and various experiences. Please check my employment history to have an idea of what I can contribute to your team. I am happy to discuss how I can help you.
