Hi my name is Michelle and I posses an extensive background in banking and customer service with Sales and Upgrade. I worked for 5 years for an internationally known bank, and I have gained experience in almost every aspect of the industry. I've been trained for Mortgage Customer Service, Collections Analyst for mortgage Clients, Credit Cards, Consumer lending, Rewards, online banking, Sales, Retail Banking as well as Anti Money laundering and all the bank rules, policies and regulations., Aside from this, since I have been a front line for the majority of my stay in that said company, I've also worked as a Personal Assistant to Group Manager and I am assigned for checking not only his daily diary, as long as filing and distributing all the documents, checking inventory, meeting with clients, following with suppliers, monitoring sales, arranging parcels and making sure that all orders were properly set . I’m also very proficient in various computer applications like MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Outlook and MS Word and im also knowledgeable in CRM software. I am also no stranger to pressure, I always make sure to get the job done. This I believe would also be a valuable asset to the organization.
