Hello! My name is Natalie Lawrence I’m a Microsoft Word VBA and PowerPoint Expert based in London, UK. I’ve been creating presentations, pitches, proposals, reports and advanced Word documents and templates since 2001. My services are as follows: Microsoft Word: Elevate Microsoft Word templates and documents to make them work better, maintain brand consistency and reduce time in correcting formatting errors. To achieve this, I use Microsoft’s VBA language to create macros, which automate tasks, cut down formatting time and errors and can protect brand guidelines. I use Quick Parts, a Microsoft Word feature that allows regularly-used content to be dropped into pages and I create custom tabs and buttons that make important commands more visible and deactivate existing buttons to prevent non-compliant text formatting. These features expand the design and page layout options available and make creating and proofreading documents easier and faster for users of all skill levels. I also convert Adobe InDesign and Affinity files into Microsoft Word files. Microsoft PowerPoint: I convert Adobe InDesign and Affinity files into Microsoft PowerPoint templates. This includes using advanced features such as adding extra custom colours and table styles. I design animated presentations for screen-only presentations intended for remote, display and in-person presenter-led events. Training: I provide training workshops for both Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, which are tailored to the needs of the audience rather than generic sessions. I provide online workshops of between 60-120 minutes to one or multiple attendees, pre-recorded training videos or written training guides.
