I have over 10 years of experience designing employee and professional development training from beginning to end. This includes writing classes, creating eLearning courses, designing job aids and communications, and developing presentation materials including PowerPoints, facilitators' guides, and participants' guides, and creating class evaluations. I analyze needs, design learning content, and develop eLearning and instructor-led, participant-centered courses with all learners in mind. As a lifelong learner myself, I enjoy finding new and creative ways to delivery training content to audiences that they can connect with and begin to make behavior changes as a result of. I have nearly a decade of experience writing, editing, and developing eLearning content in major platforms like Captivate and Storyline as well as implementing and managing learning management systems. I am also able to offer graphic design and training strategy support, where needed.
