I was employed at Convergys Clark Philippines as a Technical Support Specialist. I have been with the company for 13 years and have handled different types of accounts from Netscape, AOL, Clearwire and Dell. I have been an email, chat, back-end and phone support agent and very good at multi-tasking. I also have knowledge in Microsoft Office. I was also a Community Moderator and Support Specialist for AOL's Community Action Team (CAT)/ Moderation Enforcement Safety and Help (MESH) for more than 5 years. We were responsible in monitoring AOL News comments and forums, hosting chat rooms, monitoring message boards, social media websites, providing customer service, as well as educating the members on the AOL Terms of Service - keeping a safe and friendly online community for kids, teens and adults alike. I have been one of the TOS Advisors for the CAT team and my responsibilities were to make sure that all queues are being manned, create the schedule for the day, and delegate tasks to our agents. We also make sure that all child endangerment cases are being reported immediately to the client so they could review it further and forward it to the proper authorities.
