I have over 20 years of experience working with Adobe Photoshop in a photography production environment and 6 years as a on-white product photographer. I oversaw the quality control, digital workflow and color correction of various products that were used in print and web. If it's a remove background job, I know when you have to use the pen tool to get it right vs. just selecting the background and deleting it. Same goes with product mock ups, it's not just about slapping a new label on a blank bottle or box, there is shading and perspective involved to get that realistic look.
