Most business owners don’t actually need “more help”—they need someone who can take ownership of tasks, systems, and workflows and get them done without constant supervision. That’s where I come in. I work as an Executive Assistant focused on operations, automation, and data systems. I help clients stay organized, streamline their processes, and remove repetitive work so they can focus on higher-level priorities. I started as an engineer, which shaped how I approach work—I pay attention to details, think in systems, and solve problems at the root instead of patching them. Currently, I support a podcast host and business owner, where I handle a mix of operations and technical tasks, including: – Calendar and schedule management – Podcast production (audio cleanup, transcripts, show notes, publishing) – WordPress page creation and updates – Email campaigns and lead data preparation – Automation setup (Zapier / Activepieces) to reduce manual work – Research and data organization for decision-making I also work extensively with Excel and Google Sheets—cleaning messy data, fixing broken files, and building systems that are actually usable. Clients value that they don’t need to give me step-by-step instructions. If I understand the goal, I’ll figure out the best way to get there—whether that means troubleshooting tools, organizing data, or building a process from scratch. I focus on clear communication, reliable execution, and making sure work is done right the first time.
