Sasha P.

Hello! I am a native Spanish speaker and for the last 8 years, I have been working as a bilingual virtual assistant (English and Spanish) specializing in a variaty of different administrative tasks for my clients around the globe. ✔️ I got strong communication abilities, both written and verbal in both, Spanish and English. ✔️ I am a proactive problem solver, always looking for new ways to optimize processes. ✔️ I am reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines. ✔️ I believe in organization, communication, and teamwork. ✔️ I frequently check with my team if there is any question, to avoid confusions later and get the job done ASAP. ✔️ I learn and adapt quickly to new work environments. ✔️ To organize myself I use: Slack, Trello, and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail, Drive). ✔️ I know how to deliver Ai images with Midjourney and ChatGPT, in any style you require. ✔️ I use platforms like: Zendesk, Shopify, Adobe (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop), Vellum, ElevenLabs, Audacity and Canva. ✔️ I prefer to send a short video explaining a task to avoid any misunderstandings. This will minimize errors in the end. ✔️ If there is any platform new to me, no problem, I'm a fast learner. Whether you need assistance with data entry, customer service, ai images, or any other projects involving any of the softwares I mentioned above, I am here to support you. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your specific needs or schedule a consultation. I am excited to partner with you and contribute to your success. Let's talk soon!
